Just finished a walk/jog, nice easy pace. The weather is great-- cool, light breeze. This week the plan is to workout as frequently as usual, but at an easier level in order to taper for the tri I'm doing on this coming Sunday. It is a sprint, but I just want to make sure I don't wear myself out too much before. This will be my first tri for the season and I'm stoked!
Tomorrow I have my last final exam of the semester as I wrap up my Master's degree. Graduation is the 20th! Woo hoo!
Also have a trip to Greece and Turkey coming up in just a couple weeks. Things are looking pretty good.
