I thought I was the only nut drinking coconut water as a sports drink. It is great tasting and rich in electrolytes, potassium, and minerals. I buy the 99 cent GOYA cans BUT they are only 80% pure and contain pulp. I strain the pulp before I put the water in my bottle.
