Hey Cara....
I am the random girl that shouted at you and your awesome Tri Shark peeps on the bike course at the Pat Griskus tri this weekend. Sorry to of been so random, I think I was mostly saying in my head "hey...that looks like Cara from In Transit" but then I actually said it out loud. I was definitely embarrassed after I said it. Maybe one of these days I can actually meet you and not just yell at you from the side of the road as I'm whizzing by on my bike in the middle of a race.
Obviously I love listening the show, you and Elizabeth do a great job so keep up the motivation and the fun.
