Updates...

I think Elizabeth and I are on hiatus from tricasting until further notice. We're both super busy as of now and it's just really difficult to find times when we are both free to record and the time to edit shows. We're not completely hanging up the towel, but right now we don't know when we'll be able to do another show. Sorry for disappointing...So, for now blog updates will have to do.

In other news:
I am currently injured-- knee problem :( Sucks big time because I am registered for the Hyannis Marathon (Feb 24th), which I will not be able to do now. I was also registered for a local Boston Build-Up Series of 4 races (10k, 15k, 20k, & 25k) which I also have to bow out of. I did go to the 10k race as support for people in my tri club who were racing and saw Coach Adam and his Race with Purpose crew, which was cool. I have an MRI scheduled for Monday the 4th of Feb, so hopefully I will know more about what is going on soon! I really hope I heal up fast b/c I'm already registered for 4 events with the first at the end of April so I'd like to get some run training in prior. We'll see....

On another note, I got to go to San Diego for work and was able to do a day of scuba diving in the kelp forests, which was cool and also went to the zoo. Here are a couple pics...
